It's hard to see here, but that door and glass were put in place quickly and crudely by the last tenants to provide some light. The whole frame comes out easily, and above it all is a steel overhead garage door.

Note the burnt wooden beam. This building was once a sugar factory in the 30's and 40's and it burnt with 29 employees trapped inside. Lots of ghost stories to go with this story.
